Key Responsibilities:

Budget Management:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets for various departments and projects.
• Monitor budget performance regularly and identify areas where costs can be reduced or controlled.
  Cost Analysis:
• Analyze and assess cost variances to identify reasons for deviations from budgeted costs.
• Provide recommendations for cost reduction and improvement opportunities.
  Expense Tracking:
• Track and record all expenses accurately, ensuring that they are properly allocated to respective cost centers.
• Maintain detailed expense records and reports for management review.
  Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and present financial reports, including cost analysis, to senior management.
• Summarize financial data in a clear and understandable manner.
  Inventory Monitoring:
• Monitor inventory levels and turnover rates to minimize carrying costs.
• Implement strategies to optimize inventory control.
  Cost Reduction Initiatives:
• Identify and lead cost-saving initiatives by implementing process improvements and efficiency measures.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive cost-reduction projects.
  Compliance and Audit:
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare for and participate in financial audits.
  Forecasting:
• Assist in developing financial forecasts and projections to support strategic decision-making.
  Risk Management:
• Identify potential financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report on financial risk exposure.7
  Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA certification may be preferred).
• Proven experience in cost control, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost management.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
