𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking for a creative and passionate 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫 to develop innovative fabric patterns and design concepts for our kids’ accessories and school gear collections.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

o Develop seasonal design concepts, illustrations, mockups, and print artworks.
o Create mood boards, color palettes, textures, and pattern design motifs aligned with brand aesthetics.
o Construct detailed technical design sheets with dimensions, specs, and fabric details as per the advised theme.
o Analyze global and local trends in infant & kids accessories and school gears.
o Study competitor products, market demand, and emerging print/fabric trends.
o Identify new materials, fabrics, and innovative techniques suitable for kids’ categories.
o Ensure all designs reflect brand identity and customer expectations.
o Maintain consistency across collections.
o Participate in retail feedback reviews and market research to improve future collections.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

o Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
o 1–3 years of experience in textile accessories/product design (experience with kids’ products preferred).
o Strong knowledge of fabrics, printing techniques, embroidery, and embellishments.
o Proficiency in design software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.

𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

o Coordinate with Suppliers on all production-related matters to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
o Prepare and raise Purchase Order (PO) Requisitions for materials and production requirements.
o Coordinate with warehouse and Outlets regarding inventory availability, stock movement, and material issuance.
o Monitor inventory levels and communicate requirements to relevant departments to avoid shortages or delays.
o Assist the Product Development Executive in product development activities, including research, sampling, and coordination
o Assist in production quality control (QC) to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
o Maintain proper documentation related to product development, materials, and production activities.
o Follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of development and production tasks.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

o 1–3 years of relevant experience in Inventory Management, Procurement, Production coordination, or supply chain.
o Strong coordination and communication skills.
o Basic knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems is an advantage.
o Good organizational and time management skills
