Position: Deputy Category Manager – Health & Beauty

Location: Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in developing and executing category strategies to achieve sales and margin targets
-Manage product assortment, new product listings, and delisting of slow-moving items
-Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
-Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, promotions, and trade deals
-Ensure product availability and optimal stock levels across stores
-Work closely with merchandising and operations teams for in-store execution
-Monitor category performance and prepare regular reports

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
-5–8 years of experience in category management, preferably in Health & Beauty or FMCG.
-Strong analytical and negotiation skills
-Good understanding of skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products
-Proficiency in Excel, SA, P, and retail reporting tools
