JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute loading, unloading, decanting, pigging, sampling, gauging, and routine terminal activities, followed by field inspections.
• Operate tanks, valves, pumps, and pipelines while ensuring proper isolation, segregation, and system integrity.
• Conduct tank gauging, temperature, density, and sampling activities; coordinate with DCR, surveyors, laboratory staff, and Shift Supervisors.
• Ensure safe operations through the proper use of PPE, grounding, housekeeping, spill prevention, permits, and environmental controls.
• Supervise vessel and truck operations, internal transfers, bay readiness, and utility system activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with Pakistan Customs and regulatory authorities for POL product receipts, storage, movement, dispatch, and clearances.
• Manage Customs documentation, including GDs, Appendix-C/G, bonded warehouse records, permits, licenses, and supporting documents.
• Maintain and reconcile bonded stock records, including receipts, dispatches, transfers, and closing balances.
• Coordinate Customs inspections, product verifications, and audits, and resolve documentation or quantity discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Ensure timely Customs reporting and compliance with applicable Customs, OGRA, HSE, and company requirements

• Maintain ERP and OGRA records, including receipts, dispatches, stock updates, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate PARCO product receipts, ensuring proper documentation, tank availability, line-ups, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure tank lorry HSE compliance, including safety checks, PPE, grounding, fire safety, and entry requirements.
• Manage Token Room operations and coordinate with HSE, Maintenance, Security, Logistics, and other relevant departments.
