Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and support requests.
• Log and track customer complaints/tickets.
• Perform basic remote troubleshooting.
• Escalate technical issues to relevant teams.
• Follow up on open issues.
• Maintain NOC logs and daily reports.
