Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute YouTube content strategies to drive audience growth, engagement, watch time, and revenue.
• Optimize video performance through SEO, metadata, thumbnails, titles, playlists, and publishing strategies.
• Analyze YouTube Analytics and audience insights to improve content performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead content quality by collaborating with producers, editors, and designers to ensure engaging, high-quality storytelling.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional digital content teams while driving innovation and operational excellence.
• Leverage AI tools, emerging trends, and platform updates to enhance content strategy and production efficiency.

Key Competencies & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years leading YouTube channels, digital media platforms, or entertainment brands, with proven audience and revenue growth.
• Strong expertise in YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, YouTube SEO, CTR optimization, audience retention, and platform monetization.
• Proven leadership, team, and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional creative teams.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate data into actionable content strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital storytelling, content packaging, audience psychology, and AI-powered content creation tools.
