POSITION: Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Apply Online

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource

Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee engagement roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring plans
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Plan, execute, and evaluate employee engagement activities and initiatives
• Support induction, orientation, and onboarding programmes for new hires
• Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and documentation

SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement data and feedback
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/ATS
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
