We’re Hiring – Chief Baker

Join our team and lead our bakery by producing exceptional breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.

Qualification: Intermediate / Diploma in Baking & Pastry or Culinary Arts
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in the hotel industry.

Requirements:

· Expertise in preparing artisan breads, rolls, croissants, Danish pastries, cakes, muffins, cookies, and other bakery products
· Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, baking techniques, and finishing methods
· Ability to create and standardize recipes while ensuring consistent taste, texture, and presentation
· Plan and manage daily bakery production according to operational requirements
· Supervise, train, and motivate the bakery team to achieve high performance
· Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of bakery ingredients and finished products
· Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines
· Monitor inventory levels, control food costs, and minimize product wastage
· Inspect bakery equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance when required
· Develop new bakery items, seasonal specialties, and innovative dessert offerings
· Ensure attractive display and presentation of bakery products
