We are hiring a Deputy Manager – Compliance

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor compliance with relevant regulations, including the Insurance Ordinance 2000, Insurance Rules 2017, AML/CFT Regulations, Companies Act 2017, SECP directives and other applicable laws.
• Conduct periodic process reviews as per the approved Compliance Monitoring Plan to identify compliance gaps, document findings, and enforce corrective action plans across business units.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s AML/CFT framework.
• Support the preparation and timely submission of regulatory reports and filings to the SECP and other relevant regulatory authorities.
• Coordinate and support SECP inspections and internal/external audits, facilitating the timely provision of data and closure of audit points.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• Bachelor's with 2-5 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Internal Audit & Regulatory Affairs.
• Prior experience in Insurance Industry preferred
• Good Presentation & Communications Skills
