Responsibilities:

• Provide strong academic leadership and contribute as a key member of the School / Senior Leadership Team.
• Lead, manage, and support teaching staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, assessment, and monitoring in line with TCS standards.
• Ensure effective classroom practices and continuous improvement in teaching methodologies.
• Support staff development through mentoring, lesson observations, feedback, and training initiatives.
• Coordinate academic administration, including timetables, resources, and academic reporting.
• Monitor students’ progress using data and assessments to improve learning outcomes.
• Liaise with parents on academic matters and address concerns professionally.
• Ensure implementation of school policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
• Contribute actively to school improvement planning and achievement of academic targets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal / Head of School.
