The City School is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Headmaster/Headmistress (PG to Class 6) at its Allama Iqbal Town Campus, Lahore.

Responsibilities:

Provide strong academic leadership and contribute as a key member of the School / Senior Leadership Team.
Lead, manage, and support teaching staff to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, assessment, and monitoring in line with TCS standards.
Ensure effective classroom practices and continuous improvement in teaching methodologies.
Support staff development through mentoring, lesson observations, feedback, and training initiatives.
Coordinate academic administration, including timetables, resources, and academic reporting.
Monitor students’ progress using data and assessments to improve learning outcomes.
Liaise with parents on academic matters and address concerns professionally.
Ensure implementation of school policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
Contribute actively to school improvement planning and achievement of academic targets.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal / Head of School.
