Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager – Treasury Operations to support treasury functions, optimize cash management, and ensure efficient banking and financial operations in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor daily treasury operations, including payments, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage cash flow to ensure optimal use of funds and timely liquidity availability.
• Coordinate with banks for transaction processing, facility management, and other operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain treasury reports, banking records, and MIS for Management review and decision-making.
• Assist in monitoring foreign exchange exposure, financing arrangements, and debt servicing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation and automation of treasury systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Finance and Accounts Payable teams, to ensure seamless treasury operations.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements aimed at reducing operational risks and improving effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance; MBA (Finance), CA, or ACCA Finalist is preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury or financial operations.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and banking procedures.
• Good knowledge of financial instruments, payment systems, and foreign exchange operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems; SAP know-how is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
