WE ARE HIRING A SENIOR MANAGER, INTERNAL AUDIT

UNICOL Limited, a manufacturing company, is looking for a talented individual for the role of Senior Manager, Internal Audit for our Head Office based in Karachi:

Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for:

• To execute a comprehensive internal audit plan covering operational, financial, and compliance audits.
• To supervise and coordinate audit activities across the different divisions of the company.
• To provide technical guidance to the teams.
• To identify process improvement opportunities, assess internal controls, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• To present audit findings and risk assessments to senior management and the audit committee, with actionable recommendations.
• To monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions, along with follow-up.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be ACCA / CA / CIMA / MBA (Finance)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 – 4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of internal audit practices, risk management, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks.
• Candidate should be open to frequent travel as per job requirements.
