Join our team as a Manager – Digital Governance and play a key role in strengthening governance, compliance and regulatory oversight across our digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Risk, Internal Audit, and Compliance teams.
• Conduct compliance assessments to identify, monitor, and address gaps related to internal audits and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the preparation and timely submission of all mandatory regulatory reports.
• Track project and regulatory deadlines in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for governance processes, frameworks and initiatives.
• Prepare strategic presentations and management updates for Steering Committees and Working Groups.
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital governance initiatives and frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, Audit, Product Management, or a related function.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
