We are looking for a dynamic and experienced “Assistant Manager – Security & Loss Prevention” to oversee security operations, minimize losses and ensure a safe and secure environment for customers, employees and company assets.

📍 Location: Abbottabad

🎓 Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Criminology, Security Management, Law Enforcement, or a related field.

💼 Experience:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in security management, loss prevention, risk management, or retail security operations.
• Experience in retail, commercial facilities, shopping malls, or large-scale organizations will be preferred.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day security and loss prevention operations across the assigned location.
• Supervise security personnel and ensure adherence to company security policies and procedures.
• Monitor and investigate incidents related to theft, fraud, shrinkage, and security breaches.
• Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments,s and compliance inspections.
• Ensure effective utilization of CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and relevant authorities when required.
• Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to reduce operational and inventory losses.
• Prepare incident reports, maintain security records, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
