Position Title: Manager, Treasury & FI
Hours: Full-time

Location: Karachi

Execute primary placements of COIs with banks, DFIs, mutual funds, insurance companies, and institutional investors.
Negotiate pricing, tenor, and volumes in line with market conditions and approved limits.
Plan and execute short- and medium-term funding programs.
Optimize the cost of funds while ensuring sufficient liquidity levels.
Act as the single point of contact for all institutional investors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with treasury desks and investment institutions.
Build and sustain a pipeline of investors for repeat placements.
Manage COI maturities, rollovers, and refinancing risks.
Monitor liquidity gaps, concentration limits, and investor exposures.
Track market benchmarks including KIBOR, PKRV, and yield curve movements.
Provide recommendations to management on optimal issuance timing and strategy.
Prepare and present COI proposals (pricing, tenor, volume) to ALCO.
Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, internal treasury policies, and Shariah requirements (where applicable).
Prepare periodic reports on COI outstanding, maturity profiles, and cost of funds.
Present relevant insights and analysis to Management and ALCO.
Coordinate with Finance, Treasury Operations, Legal, and Shariah Compliance teams for documentation and settlement of transactions.
Support internal and external audits related to treasury and COI transactions.
Timely execution of COI funding targets.
Optimization of the cost of funds within approved benchmarks.
Maintenance of adequate liquidity levels.
Growth and diversification of the investor base.
Compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Eligibility:

Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized reputable institution.

Experience: Relevant experience in treasury, financial institutions, or capital markets.
Strong understanding of money markets, fixed income instruments, and SBP regulations.
