Job Responsibilities

• Assist in quotation collection and comparative analysis
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)
• Coordinate with vendors for the timely delivery of materials and resolve any delays or issues.
• Work closely with the Accounts Department to track and ensure timely payments to the supplier.s
• Maintain and update procurement records, price lists, supplier data, and payment schedules
• Collaborate with relevant departments to align on material requirements and delivery. ent
• Learn to operate ERP/procurement systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting.g
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly procurement and payment status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration
• Fresh to 1 year of experience
