Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage litigation, regulatory, and operational legal matters.
• Efficiently handle both office-based and field-related legal assignments with minimal supervision.
• Provide timely and practical support for day-to-day operational legal requirements.
• Coordinate with external counsel, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders as required.
• Ensure effective follow-up and representation in legal proceedings and compliance-related matters.

Core Skills & Experience

• Strong drafting, legal research, and legal opinion writing capabilities.
• Proven experience in handling both in-house and external legal matters.
• Practical courtroom exposure before District Courts and the High Courts.
• Sound understanding of civil, criminal, corporate, regulatory, and commercial legal matters.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments effectively.
• Valid enrolment/registration with the relevant Bar Council and rights of audience before applicable courts.
