We are hiring an HR Executive/Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of HR experience preferred. Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.

Job Description:

• Post job vacancies on recruitment platforms.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Assist in recruitment documentation.
• Prepare HR reports.
• Support employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in grievance handling and disciplinary matters.
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
