POSITION: Data Analyst

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.

EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.
• Design and administer surveys to gather relevant data, ensuring survey accuracy and reliability.
• Clean, validate, and transform data to ensure data integrity and usability.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis.
• Develop data visualizations to effectively communicate insights.
• Collaborate with individuals and teams within and across departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings, highlighting actionable recommendations.
• Maintain and update databases, data repositories, and tracking systems to ensure accurate and accessible records.
• Stay abreast of emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
• Support the research and development team.

SKILLS :

• Good grasp of data visualization and ability to write effective reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and querying.
• Working knowledge of at least one statistical programming language or tool (e.g., Python, R, SPSS, Stata).
• Experience with web-based reporting or interactive dashboard development (e.g., HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with survey design platforms such as SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, or Qualtrics.
• Familiarity with dashboard development and experience with Google Data Studio/Tableau/Power BI is a plus.
