WE’RE HIRING SALES TRAINING EXECUTIVE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a similar discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales Capability Development, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Relevant training certifications will be considered as an added advantage.
• Position is based at our Faisalabad Plant.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs (from basic to advanced levels).
• Spend 70%+ time in the market with sales teams doing route rides, on-the-job coaching, and real-time feedback on selling skills, objection handling, and Execution Standards.
• Train teams on route planning, order booking, outlet activation, Visi-cooler purity, POSM execution, and new product launches.
• Develop simple and practical training materials and role plays (Urdu/Punjabi preferred).
• Ensure alignment of training initiatives with monthly sales targets.
• Support distributors and the frontline sales team in capability development.
