POSITION – Officer Accountant

LOCATION Clifton Block-9, NJB Campus, Karachi

QUALIFICATION: At least a Bachelor's in Accounting & Finance or any relevant field or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE 0 to 2 years of experience in Admin & Accounts.

JOB DESCRIPTION * Record and process financial transactions, maintain branch accounts, and update the Trial Balance and bank reconciliations.

• Ensure timely deposit of withholding tax, PRA tax, and EOBI contributions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee accounts payable, vendor payment,s and preparation of reimbursement claims.
• Support monthly payroll processing, salary documentation, staff allowances, and related records.
• Coordinate with management for hiring approvals, employee documentation, manpower audits, and staff attendance management.
• Maintain fixed asset records, conduct asset verification,n and manage stock and inventory registers.

SKILLS REQUIRED * Basic understanding of international standards of accounting.

• Understanding of accounting practice, es including taxes, EOBI, trial balance, etc.
• Proficient in using accounting software & MS Office Suite.
