Position Title: Legal Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Oversee compliance under the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) and related project documents.
• Advise management on operational, commercial, and regulatory risks.
• Manage disputes, claims, liquidated damages, and contractual correspondence with stakeholders.
• Liaise with regulators and government authorities, includingthe  National Electric Power Regulatory Authority, the Private Power and Infrastructure Board, and the Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPAG).
• Handle O&M contracts, fuel supply agreements, logistics, insurance claims, and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including the Companies Act 2017, NEPRA Act 1997, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Support tariff adjustments, indexations, force majeure claims, and regulatory filings.
• Manage litigation, arbitration, and external counsel coordination.
• Oversee corporate governance matters, board resolutions, and statutory compliance.
• Review and draft service agreements, vendor contracts, lease agreements, and facility management contracts.
• Ensure compliance with local municipal, environmental, and safety regulations.

Professional Experience & Education Credentials Required

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive legal experience.
• Strong exposure to large-scale infrastructure or power generation projects.
• Proven track record in handling multimillion-dollar financing arrangements and regulatory approvals.
• LLB (Hons) from a recognized international university.
• LLM preferred.
• Licensed to appear before the High Courts of Pakistan.
• Certification in International Human Rights or Corporate Law will be an added advantage.
