- Manage payroll preparation and coordination with the finance department.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and overtime data.

- Manage the employee exit process, including clearance, final settlement, and conducting exit interviews.
- Support internal audits and HR compliance checks to ensure adherence to policies.
- Maintain employee benefits and support the administration of company policies.
- Prepare HR reports related to attendance, payroll, and employee records.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Provide administrative HR support to the HR department and management.
- Education: Graduation / MBA in Human Resources
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in the textile and manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR department and business units in implementing HR policies, procedures, and strategies across the organization.
- Support recruitment processes, interview coordination, onboarding, and departmental orientation of new employees.
