Job Description:-

Relationship Manager – Transaction Banking is responsible for managing and growing transaction banking portfolios for both corporate & branch banking clients through tailored solutions. The role includes preparing Transaction Banking proposals, conducting cost/benefit analysis, securing approvals, and deepening client relationships to increase deposit mobilization & retention, to increase wallet & to capitalize upon cross-sell opportunities covering credit card and personal loan. The incumbent ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while improving turnaround time (TAT) & efficiency and credit risk management. The role also emphasizes achieving assigned targets, improving productivity, and strengthening the team’s control environment in line with the bank’s policies and procedures.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Banking,g or a related major field of study.
