Position: Assistant Manager Sales

Overview

• Location: Karachi
• Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
• Contract Type: Permanent

Key Accountabilities

• Achieving agreed sales targets (Volume, value & RMP).
• Ensuring timely payment from customers and Accounts reconciliation.
• Ensuring regular visits to the assigned customer portfolio for providing better customer service, revenue generation, payment collection, and troubleshooting, along with the technical team.
• Developing new business from existing and new customers.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• MBA / BBA Hons. with min. 1-2 years’ experience in the relevant field
• Good knowledge of inks and adhesives
• At least basic knowledge of the Printing and Packaging Industry
• Must have good communication and presentation skills
• Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Good Negotiation Skills
