Job Essentials

• Supervise daily feed production activities, including grinding, batching, mixing, pelleting, crumbling, cooling, and packing.
• Ensure production schedules are followed to meet output targets.
• Monitor process parameters to maintain product consistency and quality.
• Supervise machine operators, technicians, and plant workers.
• Ensure correct feed formulations are followed as perthe production plan.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control department for sampling and testing.
• Report equipment malfunctions immediately to the maintenance team.
• Verify the availability of raw materials before starting production.
• Record downtime, production volumes, and operational issues.
