Position: Deputy Manager – Sheet Metal Store

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operations of the Sheet Metal Store (receiving, storage, and issuance).
• Ensure accurate inventory control and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor stock movement and implement FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely ERP updates.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure safe handling of materials.
• Implement 5S, inventory control systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audit requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BBA or MBA in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sheet Metal Store or warehouse operations (automotive industry preferred).
• Skills: Knowledge of inventory management, ERP systems, MS Office, and ability to manage teams under pressure.

Position: Manager – Vacuum Forming & EPP

Location: Port Qasim, Karachi, Pakistan

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee vacuum forming / thermoforming production operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved with the required quality standards.
• Monitor mold performance, machine efficiency, and process optimization.
• Lead troubleshooting of forming defects and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams for smooth operations.
• Implement continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company SOPs.
• Develop and manage team performance and training plans.
• Execute any additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Polymer Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of vacuum forming and plastic processing.
• Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Action-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems preferred.

Experience: 10–12 years of Vacuum Forming & Expanded Polypropylene operations.
