Experience:

• Fresh Graduates (Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred)

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university
• A qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred

Age limit:

• Up to 30 years
• 2 years’ age relaxation for the following candidates:
  • Hafiz-e-Quran
  • Those who have completed their Dars-e-Nizami or Shahadat Ul Alamiyah and possess an HEC equivalency letter
  • Differently-abled persons

Key Responsibility:

• To provide outstanding 24/7 customer service over the phone.
• Cater to customers’ banking requests, answer or escalate customers’ queries & process complaints related to products and services.
• Maintain a strong communication channel via constant coordination with nationwide branches and Head Office departments.
