We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven technical resource at our Plant Site – Mianwali.

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience from a cement, fertilizer, chemical, or sugar plant.
• Lead and supervise a team of electricians and supervisors.
• Identify and resolve electrical problems while understanding and interpreting electrical drawings.
• Understanding of electrical equipment-transformers, switchgear, variable speed drives, Soft starters and motors, Battery charger system, UPS.
• Maintain records of electrical systems, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• EAM Activities Execution as per OEM and PM Schedules.
• Should be aware of safety standards.

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

• CA Qualified with 3-5 years of experience in internal auditing

Audit Planning & Strategy

• Develop the annual Internal audit plan based on risk assessments and business priorities.
• Define audit objectives, scope, methodology, and resource requirements.

Execution & Supervision

• Lead and manage the execution of complex audits, ensuring timely and effective completion.
• Review and validate audit work papers and documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Risk & Controls Assessment

• Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management practices, and governance processes.
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend actionable solutions.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare & present high-quality, comprehensive audit reports with practical recommendations for management.
• Track and ensure timely closure of agreed action plans from previous audits.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a business partner by fostering relationships with functional heads to improve internal control and compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
