Position: AREA MANAGER

LOCATION LAHORE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee operations across multiple branches, ensuring food quality, service, hygiene, and performance standards are consistently met.
• Mentor, coach, and develop RGMs, SMs, and teams to build leadership capability.
• Drive sales growth, improve customer experience & timely resolution of complaints.
• Monitor and control variance, purchasing, and wastage to optimize profitability.
• Review KPIs and performance metrics, creating action plans for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Working Hours: Flexible & field-based (including weekends & public holidays)
• 3-5 years of Multi-unit/Area manager experience in the QSR, fast casual industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
