Job Title: Manager Performance and Rewards

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Head Office Karachi

Minimum Education: Bachelors or Masters from HEC recognized University

Minimum Requirements: 4 to 5 years of relevant banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and articulate monthly, quarterly and annually HRT Review and SBP reports through data analytics.

• Provide assistance in processing of annual performance appraisal cycle involving balanced scorecard, KPIS and bell curve methodologies.

• Provide assistance in planning, deploying and monitoring the strategic HR Manpower Budgeting.

• Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.

• Manage the ER&R programs, including nomination process, evaluation coordination and rewards disbursement.

• Gather and maintain data, validated and transmitted monthly payrolls, computed and incorporated payments, deductions and rebates related to allowances, rewards, taxes, PF and leaves.

• Rendered keen eye for details to manage the balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies; resolved employees’ issues and queries regarding payroll; Implement pre-defined payroll related policies.

• Reconciliation and verification of monthly payroll.

• Manage the post payroll related activities including preparation of vouchers and posting of financial transactions in core banking system.

• Implementation, modification and troubleshooting of HR modules on HCM.

• Managing employee’s separation related activities from issuance of resignation acceptance letters to disbursement of end service benefits.

Minimum Requirements: 4 to 5 years of relevant banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing credit lines / limits for FI / NBFI counterparts which includes treasury, trade and other limits. These limits are established and reviewed on a yearly basis. A criterion is devised based on which counterparty credit limits are assigned, which are then subsequently recommended for approvals.

• Establishing RMAs (SWIFT arrangements) with banks to source trade and remittance business anticipated by other business departments/units of the bank i.e., CIBG, CBG etc.

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with Global and Domestic FIs to market the bank’s trade and transactional banking products and services.

• Carrying out due diligence (KYC/CDD/EDD) of existing FI relationships – RMAs, Nostros, Vostros and other counterparties tagged to FI.

• Providing support in meeting business revenue targets.

• Liaising with other stakeholders of the bank to explore new business opportunities and relationships.

• Streamlining business routed to correspondents.

• Ensuring full compliance at all times with all internal and external audit requirements.
