Position  Assistant Manager Solar Operations Karachi

We are looking assistant manager for Solar Operations (Head of Department). Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of solar projects to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Coordinate closely with engineering teams to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve technical or operational challenges.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
• Track project progress through regular reporting and performance analysis to identify and address any delays or issues.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing timely updates and managing expectations.
• Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum. Coordination with the sales team for Orders. Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical
• 4 to 5 years of project management experience
