𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) for marketing vendors and agencies
• Maintain and track invoices, ensuring all documentation is audit-ready
• Coordinate closely with Finance & Audit to ensure timely payments
• Act as the bridge between marketing, finance, and procurement for budgeting and compliance
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams to close payment cycles efficiently
• Manage internal digital filing systems for POs, GRNs, contracts, and invoice approvals
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and procurement policies.
