• Supervise and lead the production team of spice (laborers) to ensure smooth and efficient operations on the production floor
• Plan, organized, and prioritized production schedules, to meet production targets and deadlines
• Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure they are running at optimal levels
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science & Technology.
• 1-2 years of working experience within the relevant domain (FMCG Sector)
• In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control standards
