Key Responsibilities: Planned, prepared, and presented high-quality pastry items including desserts, bread, and baked goods.

• Design and update dessert menus in line with seasonal trends and guest preferences.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste across all pastry products.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders for ingredients as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the past
• Train and mentor junior pastry staff, ensuring skill development and high performance.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B team on menu development and event planning.

Qualification:

• F.A / Intermediate

Experience:

• 5 years of experience in relevant fields from the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the Faletti’s hotels.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase the hotel’s revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Qualification:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required, Master’s will be preferred.

Experience:

• 6 (Six) years of experience in managing the sales function of renowned organization(s) from the hospitality industry.
