Position: Planning Tolling & Transformation Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum graduate, preferably Master from a reputable university
• Good experience in Manufacturing(Agrochemical background will be preferred)
• Strong knowledge and skill in ERP especially SAP, Supply Chain Management, SCOR
• Understand SOX & ISO
• Good grasp of 3rd party relationship management
• Good knowledge of HSE, Quality, and Regulatory compliance frameworks
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in production & Planning
• Good in written and spoken English.
• Ability to analyze data trends to understand supply chain effectiveness.
• Strong stakeholder management
• Self-starter/autonomous
• Results-oriented Strong interpersonal, communication,, and leadership skills
