IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Customer Services Agreement Form, Cellular Service Form, Information on Latest Tariff, MIBs, SOPs & Products (Portal Access).
Customer Antecedents and information in the CAReS system includes details of customer product, call details, usage pattern, etc.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

Effectively and efficiently manage assigned corporate portfolio to proactively identify issues and challenges Also ensure adherence to relevant standard operating procedures and company/PTA policies.
Maintaining desired customer service delivery TATs and ensuring a high satisfaction ratio and acceptable complaint ratio of assigned corporate accounts through CSAT/Trim surveys. Ensure proper implementation & deadlines of all initiatives/projects assigned by keeping a strong liaison with internal and external teams. Ensure portfolio management KPIs including revenue enhancement and retention of assigned customers.
Achieve quantitative and qualitative Sales/Revenue targets as communicated through monthly/quarterly assigned targets

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor`s Degree, preferably MBA

Position: Executive MFS & Digital
Location: Islamabad

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for the critical responsibilities related to the collection and settlements of all third-party recharge partners.
Be managing the end-to-end operational support of MFS UPaisa and Digital payments-related activities.
Responsible for activities and recoding relating to Revenue, Receivables, and Expenses in SAP 3.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

Liaison between Ufone and U-bank regarding all financial and development matters. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders regarding daily branchless and mobile banking operations.
Responsible for activities and recoding relating to Revenue, Receivables, and Expenses in SAP.
Perform reconciliation on a daily basis for all Digital recharge partners and branchless banking and mobile banking activities.
Customer Reward Working, Promo Commission, and ROP Processing along with Settlement with Partners Upaisa/Ubank Ops. Queries (Dormancy Removal, ID Movement & Deletion, MPIN, and Sybase Account Issues etc.).
Month-End Closing & Reporting Channel Commission and Ubank Settlement Reconciliation Processing Settlements Payment Recoveries and Follow-Ups.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance/ACCA /CA-Inter/MBA.

Competencies

A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and relevant regulations is fundamental
Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills
