Express Media Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced ‘Manager Legal’ to oversee litigation, contracts, and regulatory compliance. This role is suited for a proactive legal professional who can independently manage legal matters in a fast-paced, high-pressure media environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review vendor, talent, and service agreements
• Manage ongoing litigation and liaise with external counsel on court matters
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and media industry guidelines
• Represent the organization in courts and attend hearings as required

Requirements:

• LL.B / LL.M from a reputable institution
• 2–5 years of relevant legal experience
• Must be an enrolled Advocate
• High Court license will be considered an advantage
