United Bank Limited UBL Jobs Officer Compensation & Benefits:

UBL is looking to hire suitable candidates for the position of “Officer Compensation & Benefits” in its Human Resources domain.

The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the position master data along with the bank-wide annual budget mapping team in HRMS and assist the team with precise market review and compensation planning with regards to Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion along with other components of compensation, in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Minimum Experience/Qualification:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in similar job role
• Masters will be preferable.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel specifically in analytics and financial modelling.
• Understanding of the compensation structure of domestic Financial Institutions.
