Key Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR Manager in the delivery of objectives of the Soda Ash business’ HR department, and work towards the commitments and goals for the year.
• Participate in, and lead cross-functional projects as directed by the HR Manager in areas like HR, IR, Admin, community affairs, and other corporate functions.
• Create and/or edit tools, training materials, and other resources to help senior leadership successfully build action plans.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• He's a good team player.
• Ability to think innovatively.
