Position: Floor Manager – Food

Location: Islamabad

Requirements:

-Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Masters.
-5 to 8 years experience with at least 2 years in a similar role in retail operations of food categories( Fruits & Vegetables, Meat & Poultry, Bakery and Grocery Food and non-food items).

Responsibilities:

•Plan, monitor, control, and direct all selling activities to ensure the attainment of established sales targets and profit margins within or lower than acceptable shrinkage levels.
•Specialized Product Knowledge of Food and import-related product lines.
•Reviews and approves Ordering i.e. Daily, Weekly, or through permanent Ordering to ensure availability of merchandise within the acceptable stocks and service levels.
•Coordinates with the buying team on a negotiated promotional campaign that would require special merchandising displays.
