• Experienced in luxury or high-end Japanese restaurants, managing high-volume kitchens while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire culinary teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Proficient in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen operations, optimizing for quality, efficiency, and cost control.
• Creative approach to modern interpretations of traditional Japanese dishes, delivering visually stunning and memorable dining experiences.

QUALIFICATION Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts

EXPERIENCE Minimum 5-10 years of experience in luxury or high-end Japanese restaurants.
