We Are HIRING Health, Safety and Environment Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure a strong health and safety culture across the factory.
• Implement and maintain the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
• Conduct HSE training and awareness sessions for employees.
• Monitor contractor activities and ensure safe working practices.
• Conduct daily Gemba walks, workplace inspections, and risk assessments.
• Operate and monitor the wastewater treatment plant as per Environmental Protection Agency requirements.
• Ensure wastewater treatment and environmental activities comply with Environmental Protection Agency standards.
• Prepare and submit quarterly environmental compliance reports to Environmental Protection Agency.
• Coordinate and handle Environmental Protection Agency visits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems, and other fire safety equipment, ensuring no expired or defective equipment.
• Conduct regular mock emergency/fire drills and safety audits to ensure preparedness and compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BS)/Master of Science (MS) – Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences
• NEBOSH or IOSH Certification will be preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing setup

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify invoices from relevant department before processing in system.
• Posting all type of invoices in SAP after matching with good receipt note and purchase order.
• Weekly vendor’s balances age analysis for approval purpose.
• Prepare weekly approval list of all supplier invoices due for payment.
• Check active /inactive, Filer/Non filer status from FBR portal of each supplier for withholding tax purpose.
• Post journal entries of all vendor payments in SAP.
• Prepare excel file of vendor’s payment for upload at Bank’s digital payment portal for payment processing.
• Communication with suppliers regarding all invoices, sales tax and payment related queries.
• Posting of all expense’s monthly accrual for monthly financial closing.
• Balance reconciliation with supplier’s ledger.
• Preparation of Debit /Credit Note and shared with suppliers.
• Preference will be given to person having hands on experience of SAP FI Module

Job Requirements:

• MBA in Finance / MCOM.
• 2-3 years of Manufacturing industry experience
