SITUATION VACANT: The Directorate General Public Relations (DGPR), Punjab intends to hire the services of a suitable professional to serve as an Communication Specialist on Management Pay Scale (MPS-1) in order to strengthen the strategic communication capacity of the Department on contract basis for a period of three (03) years extendable subject to satisfactory performance and approval by competent authority, as per following details:-

• Name of Post: Communication Specialist (MPS-1) (01-Post, DGPR Punjab)
• Required Educational Qualification & Experience: Ph.D. in Mass Communication or in relevant subject(s) with 10 years professional experience OR 16 years education in above subject(s) with 12 years professional experience in the relevant field
• Age Limit: Maximum 62 years (to be calculated as on the closing date of submission of applications)

Terms & Conditions:

1. Appointment shall be made in accordance with the applicable Government rules/policies
2. The appointment shall be on contract basis initially for a period of (03) years further extendable subject to satisfactory performance
3. Interested candidates who fulfill above requisite qualification with experience criteria are advised to strictly follow the instructions on website of Punjab Job Portal (jobs.punjab.gov.pk) and apply within fifteen (15) days of publication of this advertisement. 4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview, if required
