Job Description

• Drive sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets across the Central region.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, channel partners, and key customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies, campaigns, and company policies.
• Identify new business opportunities to support sales growth and improve market share.
• Conduct regular market and dealer visits to assess performance and identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
• Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and market updates with management.

• Maintain sales orders, customer records, invoices, deliveries, and documentation.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate order processing, vehicle allocation, delivery planning, and issue resolution.
• Monitor targets, bookings, deliveries, cancellations, and pending orders.
• Ensure ERP data accuracy, documentation, policy compliance, and internal controls.
• Coordinate payments, receivables, and other sales-related financial matters.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
