Urgently required “ Technical Manager – Transport Network ”

Location: Islamabad
Experience: 10+ Years

Key Requirements are as:

• Manage Transport Network operations and ensure high availability.
• Ensure timely ticket resolution as per SLA/KPI.
• Coordinate with customers on technical and operational issues.
• Develop and maintain SOPs/MOPs for network activities.
• Lead critical incidents and prepare RCA reports.
• Manage network integration, acceptance and cutover activities.
• Monitor network performance and drive improvements.
• Lead and coordinate technical teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with customer and contractual requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Electrical/Electronics/ Computer, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of telecom networks, operations, and Managed Services.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
