EXPERIENCE: 10–12 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years of teaching and 7 years in educational administration.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve academic standards, student outcomes, and overall school performance.
• Oversee curriculum implementation, teaching quality, assessments, and examination processes.
• Drive student admissions and retention through effective marketing, community engagement, and stakeholder relationship management.
• Manage school operations, budgeting, infrastructure, compliance, and administrative functions.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate academic and non-academic staff while fostering a positive school culture.
