WE’RE HIRING Senior Executive Parameter (Yarn Dyeing)

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate shade matching and color consistency in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Operate and interpret data from spectrophotometers/spectrometers for color measurement, shade approval, and recipe optimization.
Analyse dyeing defects, shade variations, and process deviations, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, process stability, waste reduction, and quality enhancement.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Chemistry, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in yarn dyeing operations, with significant exposure to process parameter optimization.
Proven expertise in shade matching and colour management
Excellent knowledge of shade matching, color evaluation, and color difference analysis.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
Hands-on experience with spectrophotometer-based colour measurement systems and colour matching software.
