We’re Hiring! π’Position: Manager – Card Operations
Job Type: FTE
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Minimum Education: Bachelors from HEC recognized University
Minimum Requirement: 5+ Years of Card Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for smooth execution of end-to-end processing of Cards/ADC Operational functions for Debit/Credit Card and ATM Settlement, reconciliation, Dispute Management and CFC (Embossing. Dispatch & Card Capture) related activities.
- Timely resolution of Intra / Inter Bank disputed cases related to Cards/ADC transactions proactively as well as on customer complaints within SBP’s and payment scheme’s defined timelines.
- Daily reconciliation of ATM Excess/Short differences, if found during ATM Cash Balancing.
- Daily reconciliation of all Cards & ADC transactions with 1-Link/RAAST/MasterCard settlement files.
- Ensure that all periodic MIS are prepared accurately and sent to related departments within turnaround time.
- Timely submission of monthly & periodic financial proofs, conduct ageing analysis & vintage for GLs and Internal accounts.
- Ensure timely reporting of ATM Downtime to branches and concern regional heads.
- Ensure to submit requested information / reports timely to SBP, BMP, WMP and other regulatory authorities against query / complaint received from respective offices.
- Ensure submission of relevant information to Master Card on quarterly basis.
- Ensure submission of relevant information of PayPak to 1-Link on monthly basis.
- Reporting of Bugs / issues related to ADC Services to ITD / Vendor / Concern Area
